Burrell Deaton made oath that Thomas Moore died on Sep 18, 1794 and made a will ten days prior that willed his estate to his wife Pebey Moore. Ordered that William Moore, Edward Moore, James Stamper and wife Sarah, George Wilson and wife Mary, David Kennedy and wife Joanna appear the next court and show cause if any against the will. Burrell Deaton and Edward Moore Sr. subpoenaed to appear as witnesses to will.

William Moore, 78 year old resident of Orange County, IN filed for a pension. He testified that he was born in the Botetourt County, VA in 1754 and entered the service in Randolph County in 1780. He served for three months and then resided in Moore County, NC for 27 years prior to moving to IN in 1808.
