      1761, Aug 10 -- Deed Book 1 Page 470, Cumberland County, NC
      Jacob and Mary Barnes (of Orange County) deeded Jacob Rogers 110 acres on Deep River adjoining John Phillips. Part of 210 acre patent to James McCallum then sold by administrator Wm. Pugh to Jacob Barns. Robert Smith and Richard Mauldin were witnesses.
