  [S1045] Deborah Johnson [deborahpj@gmail.com], 31 Jan 2011. While going through my Yow notebook, I found a marriage for Mary Jane Yow, daughter of Alfred L. Yow and Martha Jane Boling, and E. S. (Enoch Spinks) Craven. Mary J. Yow age 35 and E. S. Craven age 33 were married on 29 May 1898 in Randolph County. I found Enoch S. Craven on the 1900 Randolph census living in Asheboro, married two years with wife, Mary J. and unnamed son born in April 1900. Also living in the household was Missouri Craven age 30, Enoch's sister. I found Enoch S. Craven and Mary J. Yow Craven on the 1910 Guilford County census living in Greensboro, NC. Also found a death record for Mary J. Craven in Guilford County, July 1, 1917. I found Enoch S. Craven on the 1920 Burke County census living at Lovelady with wife, Henrietta Peeler and daughter, Mary P. Craven age 2/12 as of 28th January. I then found a death record for E. S. Craven in Catawba County: death date of 12 May 1932, birth date of 28 Nov 1864; occupation: mechanic, parents names: Joseph Craven & Martha Brown, spouse name: Henrietta Peeler Craven.
