Jordan and wife Rebecca, Robert Purvis, John Purvis, Joseph Purvis by their guardian Tidence Lane and Carey Purvis by her guardian James Caveness, Wm. Aldred and wife Mahaly, Cornelius Johnson and wife Susan/Airy, Frederick Brewer and wife Jane/Jinney v. Wm. Purvis, Exr. of Robert Purvis, Dec'd., John Purvis and Polly Purvis. Robert Purvis died in 1818 leaving widow Catharine Purvis who died in Jul 1827. Wm. Purvis, Executor and son of Robert Purvis sold negroes Tabb, Hannah, Earny, Miles, Viney, Louisa, George and Joe. Madison Purvis and minors Robert, John, Joseph and Carey are children of Andrew Purvis, Dec'd. who was son of Robert Purvis.
