      Articles of agreements made and entered 12 Mar 1839 between George W. (Wyatt) Horner, Lucy King, William Austin and Andrew A. Brown, all of Dickson County, TN. Mentions the 1811 contract between George Horner of Orange County, NC and his wife Elizabeth Horner to live separate and apart during their lives and in consideration hereof made a conveyance for her benefit in which he gave to her during her life the use and services of a certain Negro Woman Slave named Jude, and her future increase, and at the death of the said Elizabeth Horner the said negro Jude and her future increase was to be divided between the children of Elizabeth Horner: Lucy King, Dicey Horner (now Dicey Austin) and George W. (Wyatt) Horner. Elizabeth Horner is now deceased and the said negro woman and her increase have now been divided between the children: Lucy, Dicey, and George Wyatt Horner.
