Devotion Davis Senr. left a son Edmund in addition to the children named in the petition who is now dead but left surviving him a son Devotion Davis. Ordered that he be added to the petition as a defendant and that he is not a citizen of the state. Publication will be made for six weeks in the Mecklenburg Jeffersonian for him and other heirs of Edmund Davis to appear at the next term of court.
