On May 10, 1914, at Silver Hill, she married Manly Pharaoh Gray Dorsett, of Thomasville, NC. He was born May 17, 1881 in Trinity township, Randolph county, and died at Thomasville on November 8, 1926. Sarah and Pharaoh Dorsett had two sons, both born at Thomasville: (1) Vern Gray John Dorsett was born October 9, 1914, and married (first) Minnie Lou Hedrick and had two children: Ronald Dermont and Linda Lou, both living. (2) Walter Eck Omer Dorsett was born September 26, 1916, and died at Waynesboro, Franklin county, Pa., on February 8, 1997; he married June 2, 1946, Miss Florence Prescott Beckner and had five children: Walter Eckomer (1947-2002); David Arlington (living); Thomas Prescott (1953-1953); Todd Andrew (living); and Julie Gray (living). Florence Prescott Beckner was born January 18, 1922, at Winchester, Clark county, Ky., and died at Chambersburg, Franklin county, Pa., on November 27, 2008.
